I think Luna’s expression is saying “How dare you poke me with that lightsaber?” At least that’s MY interpretation this Star Wars Day. “May the Fourth Be With You!”
I was certainly surprised by a couple of this week’s books. I expected to love A Fashionably French Murder because the series has been so good, but I wasn’t expecting to fall nearly so hard for The Stand-in Dad or to find The Museum Detective to be such a compelling read. Not that I didn’t expect to like both of them, but they both turned out to be considerably more than merely ‘LIKED’. Neither of those books is getting nearly the love they absolutely deserve, so if either of them sounds like your cuppa, please give them a try. I was certainly REALLY glad that I did!
This coming week, very much on my other hand, I’m having a terrible time nailing down. I’ve re-thought the list a whole bunch of times and I’m still not 100% sure. I already know the order is wrong for certain, but I can’t even at this point. We’ll just have to see how it goes!
