Stacking the Shelves (658)

There’s certainly a bit of pretty this time around – as well as a couple of covers that creep me right out! In the pretty column, we have Homeseeking and A Rare Find – although Beach Vibes looks so perfectly summery that it might qualify as pretty. It certainly does draw you right in!

For the creepy-crawlies, I’d go for – or possibly run away from – The Faceless Thing We Adore and One Yellow Eye. There are other books in the list that are SUPPOSED to be creepy, but they don’t look nearly as creepy as these two!

The book I’m most curious about, OTOH, is The Busybody Book Club – although I doubt anyone is surprised by this. The books I’m most looking forward to reading are A Tale of Mirth & Magic and Which Witch?

What are you most looking forward to in your stack this week?

  1. You have a lot of good books again this week, Marlene. I would be interested to hear what you think about The Busybody Book Club by Freya Sampson. Happy reading!

  2. I have got to agree with you on those creepy covers! Hiding from One Yellow Eye for sure! I’d be reading the Beach Vibes instead! Hope you enjoy them all.
