I’m spoiled for choice for this past week’s featured read – so there are two! It’s rare to have two A+ reads in the same week but sometimes good things happen. And, frankly, much as I personally love Modesitt’s Grand Illusion series, The Witching Moon Manor probably has a broader appeal. So two features to mark an excellent reading week.
Speaking of being spoiled for choice, Galen was out of town for a conference this past week, so the cats were spoiled for choice about where to sleep – even as they complained, frequently and often, that their remaining staff (meaning me) wasn’t spoiling them anything like enough. Luna and Tuna BARELY left me enough room to lay myself down with them for the night! (Luna in front, Tuna in back. No matter which other cat Tuna is with, he’s ALWAYS the follower)
