The Sunday Post AKA What’s on my (Mostly Virtual) Nightstand 10-19-25

George is on overwatch in this picture, as he often is. He likes to have a view of the front door, OR, he likes to be in a position where he can keep an eye on both of us. Or both. This is both, as Galen will have to go around him if he wants to come downstairs, and he has a view of my office door so he can see if I leave my office. AND the front door is in his direct line of sight. This also manages to be a PURRFECT example of why we call him “Serious George”, because his little face always looks very serious indeed.

George will probably be even more serious this week, while Luna is likely to be extremely disgruntled, as Galen is off on another trip for part of the week. I’ll be a bit off-kilter as well, which means that this week’s planned schedule might turn out to constitute a bit more ‘wishful thinking’ than usual. I’ll get something read, because I always do, but I might have to ‘flail and bail’ a bit to get there.

We’ll just have to see how it goes. Luna, in particular, can be VERY demanding of my attention when I’m her only cat servant!
