Today’s cat picture is a photo of “peace in our time”. At least in Hecate’s time. She STILL wants to be an only child. It’s never happened and it’s not going to, either. But she lives in hope – and grumpiness.
This picture was a surprise. Both of the girls haunt Galen’s office, but not usually at the same time and especially not in this close proximity – although Galen often serves as the “Berlin Wall” between their two opposing forces. On this particular afternoon, they either both needed their “security human” too much to quibble about the other’s presence, or were both just too much in need of a nap to care.
The schedule for this week at Reading Reality is as much a work in progress as the relationship between Hecate and the other cats. I’m pretty sure that these are the books for the week, but the order may shift around. Will probably shift around. We’ll see. I also have a short audiobook that may end up at the end of the week, depending on precisely how compelling it turns out to be! We’ll definitely see – and hear – about that sooner or later. Maybe sooner!
