This hop used to drive me crazy every single year, because instead of “Glitz”, it was “GLITS”. What’s a “glit” when it’s at home? Inquiring minds would STILL like to know!
But whether you’re more of a glitzy person, or prefer to be glamorous, this hop is still a lovely thing to see on the first of September. Although this year it’s a bit weird as Labor Day isn’t until NEXT week. That feels wrong somehow. But it is what it is, as the saying goes.
