This stack has some pretty. In fact, it has some of pretty much everything. Spooky season is just around the corner, holiday books are coming in, and this week’s stack has a special book just to make it a bit, well, special.
The pretty covers, IMNSHO, are The Chinese Lady, The Court of Venus, The Three Graces of Pearl Street and When Mikan Road Was Ours. As usual, they are not all pretty the same, but pretty nevertheless. The spooky season covers look like Dreamland, Mazywood, Morsels, Rooted and The Ship of Death. The holidays are represented by Snow This is Love, but that’s not the first holiday book to appear in the stack this season and there are plenty more to come! (It seems right that there are more spooky than there are holiday titles as Halloween is looming a whole lot closer than the winter holiday extravaganza.)
Then there’s that “special” book, and it’s just in time for spooky season as well. I’m referring to Inside the World’s Haunted Libraries, and it’s special to me because one of my friends has a chapter in it about whatever is haunting the library we worked at together. She’s still there and so is the ghost. Or poltergeist. Or whatever spirit is haunting the place. It must be haunting the collection because the building itself just isn’t that old.
Old or new, what fascinating books are haunting YOUR stack this week?

I’m honestly in awe of how much you can read in a week!
I actually published an ARC reviewer tool this week, it’s in my STS post because I just received my first copy! I’d love to know what you think!
I have libro credits so I’m going to get Mazewood. Thanks for the reminder to get this spooky book!

So many great looking books. Enjoy them!
Ooh nice array of reads! I am super curious about Blake’s Dreamland! I still have one or two of hers on my TBR pile that I need to read. My TBR pile has gotten crazy out of control these last few years. Lol. I hope you enjoy all the fantastic looking reads!
