Stacking the Shelves

I’m in Atlanta, and it’s snowing buckets down here. I moved south to get away from this cold, wet, sticky white stuff. It may look pretty, but I’ve already been stuck behind one care who had no clue that you can’t slow down going uphill when the snow is still falling. On the other hand, Lucifer-cat is staring out of the window looking mighty glad not to be out in it. He got rescued just in time.

I got some books I’m really, really glad to have on a cold, snowy weekend, especially Lake Silence and Hurts to Love You. The second book will probably be hot enough I’ll need a fan. Lake Silence, will probably give me a completely different set of chills.

Stay safe and warm this weekend! Cuddle up with a good book. And a cat!

  1. I’m afraid I don’t do the very cold well and so prefer to experience snow from a distance or in photos. Your new books all look very good. I didn’t know Bishop had a new one coming out! I have such love for the Others series. I still need to get caught up. I keep meaning to try Sansom’s series. I hear it’s really good. I hope you enjoy all your new books!

  2. It’s snowing here too. We don’t usually get it this early in the season, so it was a nice weekend surprise for the snow lovers in my house. Looks like you got a lot of fabulous reads this week, so I hope you enjoy them all 🙂

  3. I really need to get caught up on The Others series! I love it. Have a great week. We haven’t had a whole lot of snow here yet, which is unusual for us. The temps have also been pretty mild.
